1  I’ve never made a large purchase over the Internet. How do I know I'll get what I ordered?
If you’re at all apprehensive, we suggest you apply for 90 days same as cash with approved credit. We have been in the retail floor covering business for over 20 years, and online since 1996. If you can't figure out what you need, we have a full staff of Floor Covering Specialists that can help guide you through the purchase over the phone. If you need assistance, please call us at (800) 305.8286.   You can also log into your account at anytime and see your order as well as the status.  Just click on My Account at the top of this window and follow directions.
2  Will Faithcarpetsinc.com beat any other quote I receive?
We highly doubt this will happen, but if you should receive a price quote lower than ours from another Internet flooring company or local retailer, we will beat the price. In order to do so, we would have to confirm the price. If the lower price were from a local retailer, you would need to supply us with the name, location, and telephone number of the retailer. If the lower price were from an Internet flooring company, you would need to supply us with the URL address of the company. This price guaranty applies to product prices, but in some cases not freight rates.
3  What about shipping costs, do I pay for shipping?

Some companies say they offer free shipping. Come on, we all know that there is no such thing as free. Yes, they have minimums to qualify, but also their prices will be higher than ours on the floor covering. We quote you all charges that apply. There are no hidden fees or charges.

4  Does Faithcarpetsinc.com accept returns if I order too much material?
We accept returns, however, in most cases our distributors and manufacturers charge a restocking fee which generally ranges from 15% to 30% of the order. In addition, you would be responsible for the original as well as the return freight. You can avoid this by having a professional installer or measuring company measure the area or asking for our assistance when calculating the quantity that you need. Remember, often it is a good idea to keep the extra in case of any damages, spills, etc. For more information on returns, please see our Return Policy section. No returns on adhesives. No returns on custom ordered products.
5  What if I receive the material and it was damaged in transit?
We deal with some of the largest and most well respected freight companies in the United States and Canada such as Roadway Express. Their claim ratio is less than 1%. Even taking this into consideration, damage sometimes will occur. If there is any damaged material, we immediately replace it for you and file a claim with the freight carrier. There is no cost to you for replacement material, providing the damage was noted at the time of the delivery. See our shipping policy page for details.
6  Do you have catalogs and/or brochures?
No, but our site is our catalog. There may be selected catalogs and brochures available from over 200 different manufactures, please call or email for specific brands and we will be glad to send you a free copy. 
7  How long does it take to receive my order?
Carpet and Flooring: Most orders ship in 2-4 business days and require 3-10 business days transit time. Custom orders can take up to 12 weeks.
8  Do you accept referrals?
Yes! We accept referrals from you and all of our customers. After you become a Faithcarpetsinc.com customer you will receive a thank you letter asking for referrals. With that, it will also offer you a $25.00 gift check on each referral you send us, that makes a purchase over $700.00. Think about it, if you send 25 referrals that would be $625.00 Not bad for extra cash. If you wish not to purchase at the present time we will still be more than happy to send you $25.00 per referral anyway.
9  Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer 90 days same as cash with approved credit. Businesses can receive even higher credit lines to serve their large quantities. It takes an average of 2 to 6 hours for approval for personal applications and up to 48 hours for commercial accounts. 
10  Why shipping rates are subject change after placing an order?
Due to freight companies fuel sur charges, etc. when ordering your shipping rates are always an estimate, therefore when we receive your order, some changes may take place to the actual shipping rate after you place an order.
11  Why should I order an average of 10% extra of any hard surface?

When hard surface products are installed, there will always be waste involved from miscalculations and possible honest errors made by the installer. 

12  Is my Carpet and Flooring Warrantied?
All first quality carpet and flooring is warrantied by the manufacture. Any store in America that you purchase first quality carpet and flooring from will have these manufacturers warranties.
