When I began Fix It Frank, my principle goal was to build a business that didn’t adhere to the same “rules of the road” that characterized the construction industry at that time. Based on a perception gained from a life time career working with several of the most respected general contractors and developers in the region, I saw my company’s mission to be far more than just another contractor bid source and the common promise of “on time and on budget.”

From past involvement with so many large, and small, projects, I was deeply impressed with how important it was to thoroughly review and address each client issue during the project planning phase. Many of the services we initiate at Fix It Frank might be found within the scope of work of industry consultants. But for a business owner who is perhaps undertaking his or her first major construction project, identifying the most critical issues for project success is difficult and needs guidance. So we started to provide Real Estate Feasibility Studies so that the owner could be assured that the specific project site fully met their needs. If successful, we moved next to a Project Budget Feasibility Study to develop a model that could prove the project would fit their business plan and financial guidelines. To carry out this business mission, each project requires that we assemble a team of experienced professionals with a single goal to fully examine each of the critical issues necessary to plan and execute a successful project. By leading this team, Fix It Frank would take on both full responsibility and accountability with a single contract point for the owner to rely on. The emphasis on planning stage efforts has proven over time to identify project savings and prevent costly overruns during the construction phase. This Project Team is made up of some of the most respected and experienced architects and engineers in the area and are selected according to their experience with specific project work, such as industrial, commercial or institutional construction design and engineering. Adding to this our own highly experienced staff of Project Managers, Site Superintendents and Contract Administration personnel, we can offer the “right stuff” needed for a project to come in “on time and on budget.”
